Friendly staff made check-in manageable.

The parking was a nightmare. it was incredibly narrow and slippery, making it dangerous for anyone with a mid-sized vehicle. I struggled multiple times just to turn into the garage without risking damage. To make matters worse, I could hear every single thing happening in the corridor and neighboring rooms, which ruined my sleep and overall comfort during the stay.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast options, although the shower noise was quite bothersome. I'd definitely choose this place again!

I had a delightful stay, with a comfortable bed and all essential amenities. The staff were exceptionally helpful during my late night arrival and really made an effort to assist when my friend left something behind in a taxi. Overall, a smooth experience!

holiday inn express was a great choice for my city break! the room was clean and spacious, and i loved having coffee and tea facilities. breakfast was decent with a good selection, exceeding my expectations compared to my previous stay in the city.

I spent two nights in the Standard Queen Room. The bed felt comfortable, making it easy to settle in after a long day. I liked that there was an electric kettle and a small selection of tea and coffee facilities available. However, the room had no refrigerator, which would have been convenient. I felt the breakfast could have been more varied. it got repetitive during my stay. The selection was basic with few pastries and limited options, which I found lacking. Also, I could hear the noise outside quite clearly, and at times, it was hard to focus or relax. The location isn't ideal if you want to explore Madrid. it can take over an hour via metro to reach the city center. Parking was also somewhat difficult due to the underground access. Despite these issues, I appreciated the 24-hour reception as it made everything more manageable. Since the hotel is near the metro line, getting to the airport was pretty straightforward, which I found helpful. Overall, while not perfect, the experience met my basic needs.
